Second World
An age of towering steel and fast sports cars, the grinding mechanics of industrial progress, and the triumph of advanced and perverted science. This was all that was destroyed when the Disastrophe struck and transformed the world. Yet apparently the world had been transformed once before. This Second World existed within a timeframe expressed as the Ninth Eon; an age of decadence and arrogance, an age whose sole purpose was to lay the foundations for the Extreme events which were yet to come. When this world crumbled, the Third World came into being.
