The Gastrologian Church Of End Times Holy

The Gastrologians is a tight knit sect with enough followers to be classified as a legitimate religion in the northern megatropolis of Gonorra.

It originated during the persecution of restaurant owners, kitchen staffs and chefs during the later phases of the MegaWar. During the troubling and decidedly not-so awesome times they confined themselves with the ancient cookbooks, studying their secrets.

One perticular chef, the one to become the legendary High Gastronomaster managed to find a hidden code in the many secret tomes of cooking. This code whas desciphered and interpreted. The text whas then compiled as the most holy book of the young movement: the Diabethix.

The Gastrologians believe that the spirit of beigns from the World Beyond Worlds exist in animals, plants and weird radioactive sludge. This spirit, collectively called the Diabethans have existed since the dawn of time and clings to peoples souls weighing them down.

The only way to release these according to the teachings is to properly prepare and eat food and drinks.

Unfortunatly the food of Fehtahn is not so tasty without dubious pitchers of Portamentian Gin but that is just anouther reason for the movements popularity.

The Gastrologians most deeply guarded secret however is that they are searching to abolish the 7 Forbidden Tastes that where added to the primordial soup when the Creator looked at the world and thought it whasn't Dangerous enough.

They believe these tastes poison the world and makes it less nice than it should be. The ones up the higher echelons of the movement wants to aschieve this objective by any means possible.

This makes them both Lame, yet extremely dangerous (to the max) and fan speculation have allways been that they are up to more than they seem.

For example one of the tastes is XXXtrasaucy. A quality found in the Ultraporn.
